Flood Damage Repair in Winnipeg
After experiencing flood damage, we had to rebuild this basement with a special touch , matching the existing 40 year old custom woodwork found throughout the house.
After fully gutting the space we installed all new electrical, plumbing, flood prevention back water valves and sump pit.
The original staircase was too steep so we replaced it for safety and functionality.
Then we finished the space with custom maple cabinetry with some very unique storage solutions. The tiled bathroom features heated floors for a luxurious touch!
We also installed all new windows throughout the basement with custom solid wood window boxes. The wet bar and bathroom feature solid quartz countertops.
