The basement was fully gutted and all new electrical, plumbing, flood prevention back water valves and sump pit were installed.
We rebuilt the staircase to bring it up to code and included sleek storage with motion sensor lighting.
Heated tile in the bathroom adds a luxurious touch. The full height pantry is a nice add-on to any bathroom for convenient linen storage.
We installed all new windows throughout the basement with custom solid wood window boxes.
